Subject line doesn't match email content
Subject says "Happy Mother's Day Celebration" but the email is a general promotion with no Mother's Day messaging. Subscribers feel misled before they even start reading.
Expired sale date in footer
Email promotes a current sale but the footer still references a Spring Sale that ended two weeks ago. Customers see conflicting dates and lose trust in the offer.
